Tuition is due at the first lesson of every month during September-May.
Students may begin lessons at any time.
Regular lessons include 31 lessons, and are scheduled weekly from September through May.
These months are on a tuition basis.
There will be no lessons the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years. Spring break has yet to be determined.
Please note that Parent Education classes will be scheduled separately and will take the place of the first few private lessons of beginners.
30 minute lesson: $131/Mo.
$45 minute lesson: $196/Mo.
60 minute lesson: $261/Mo.
Tuition includes 31 lessons per year (September-May), divided over nine months.
Summer and extra lessons are billed at a per-lesson basis at $76 per hour.
Monthly tuition is due the first lesson of each month.
Recital Fee (all students): Recital expenses (pianist and venue rental) will be divided among the studio.
Outside rehearsals for recitals will be paid separately to the accompanist.
Lessons are contracted at 31 lessons per year, which allows for a couple of sick days or snow days. Beyond that, lessons missed by me will made up.
Lessons missed by the student will only be made up for the following reasons and are limited to 2 per year:
Either child or parent is ill (illness being defined as being sick enough to miss school).
Severe weather/icy roads.
Exceptions can be discussed with me.
I strongly recommend that my younger students attend group classes through the Denver Talent Association. They set their own tuition.
Occasionally I will schedule longer group lessons to take the place of lessons that week. These focus on theory, eartraining, performance practice, and are generally a whole lot of fun!
